Catalyzr was founded by HR and HRIT Professionals who have over 60 years of experience in HR strategy, Talent Acquisition, and talent management. We are proud to be partnered with TCT Inc., which has implemented SaaS solutions for some of the largest Financial Services companies in the world.

JEREMY BARGIEL
Jeremy is a co-founder of Catalyzr and has 10 years of experience in HR Technology consulting and client delivery. Jeremy received a BA in Political Science from Yale University.

TREVOR HIGGS
Trevor is a co-founder of Catalyzr and brings over 25 years of HR and HR Technology experience. Trevor received a BA in East Asian Studies from Yale University.

SHARIF AHMED
Sharif is Catalyzr's Tech Lead and Architect, bringing over 25 years in digital transformation and holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech.
