We believe every person has potential that deserves to be seen.
Catalyzr was built by a team that spent their careers at the intersection of people science and technology. We started with a question: what if hiring could identify who someone is about to become, not just where they've been? The Career Quotient is our answer.
Hiring should see people, not paper.
Every year, billions of people apply for jobs. Most are filtered by algorithms that read resumes, match keywords, and make decisions no one can explain. The people with the most potential are often the ones with the least impressive CVs — early-career candidates, career changers, people from non-traditional backgrounds. They get screened out before a human ever sees their name.
We built Catalyzr to change that. Our Career Quotient assessment draws on 100 years of peer-reviewed I/O psychology research to measure what resumes and interviews miss: cognitive potential, learning agility, and role-specific fit. We partnered with SAP SuccessFactors to make it accessible at enterprise scale. And we built compliance in from day one, because an assessment that can't withstand scrutiny has no business making decisions about people's futures.
The result: companies find people who look like their best, most productive workers. Candidates get seen for what they can do, not what they've done. That's not just better hiring. That's potential realized.
